The issue of how to grow our nails faster, healthier, and stronger seems to be a common concern. Perhaps it’s because we’re constantly inundated with pretty (and perfect) nail ‘grams or maybe it’s just the annoyance that tags along with breaking a nail at the most inopportune time. Regardless, just as we want glowing skin and healthy, damage-free hair, we want long, ridge- and divet-free nails. Is that too much to ask?
